In 2021 we introduced MOVE CHAT CONNECT - a fun family interactive fitness and mindful experience! Move your body and motivate your mind! Each Move Chat Connect event is powerful, entertaining, and motivating for the entire family. Join our team for fun fitness experiences that are good for the mind and body and will better connect you with your children.
Mountain Youth partners with Eagle Valley Behavioral Health to sponsor community talks throughout the year and now family fitness classes during the summer. Our family education series encourages open conversation between parents, older siblings, and experts on relevant topics. Parents with children over the age of 8 are encouraged to join! Instruction will be offered in both English and Spanish.

Join Mountain Youth at Gypsum Recreation to connect with your community and learn to play the great game of pickleball! Did you know that regular aerobic exercise, like playing pickleball, can reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms? Not only does regular exercise improve your mood but there are additional benefits when you move in synchrony with someone else too. Take the time you deserve to support your mental and physical health by playing pickleball with friends, family, and your community.
