Hannah Conoley
Community Mobilizer
Hannah joined Mountain Youth as a Community Mobilizer in the summer of 2023. Through this role, Hannah supports Communities That Care by engaging local leaders and community agencies through strategic partnerships.
Vanessa is originally from Colombia where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology and joined the Mountain Youth team in 2024. She's passionate about mental health and loves working with people, especially children.

Laura Herrera was born in Bogotá, Colombia. In the United States, she has expanded her experience in the field of early education, supporting children’s learning and development through educational and recreational activities.

Nick joined the Mountain Youth team in January of 2025 as the Marketing and Events Manager to help bring awareness and support to the multitude of programs and events offered by our organization.

Jo joined the Mountain Youth team in 2023 . After graduating from Smith College with a BA in Sociology, Jo moved to Boulder to help open an office focused on fundraising for nonprofits
Ana Mendoza possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University. She has accumulated experience since 2008 in home visitation and child welfare prevention programs, in addition to facilitating parenting classes.

Born and raised in the beautiful Vail Valley, Brenda Saucedo has dedicated over 13 years to Early Childhood Education and over the past 7 years served as a Family Advocate at Eagle County School District.
