About the Event

This training will discuss skills and strategies for building resiliency, creating manageable goals, self-care, and mindfulness exercises. Barriers and obstacles will be identified, as well as how to obtain resources and supports. This session will incorporate small group collaboration and discussions. 

Alex Yannacone has an extensive background in implementation and trainings for prevention and intervention of mental health services and education. As the Director of Education and Community Programs at the Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Depression Center, Alex provides programs and trainings addressing mental health issues across      Colorado.
