Yoga for World Mental Health Day: Move Chat Parent

About the Event
This class is for the whole family and anyone who wants to support their mental health. This class will promote relaxation and calmness in the body and is for all levels. Amy will teach a basic yoga class and how to use yoga elements such as breathing, postures, and centering activities to support mental health. Silent Disco headphones will be provided to enhance the experience.
- Sunday, October 10th at Eagle-Vail Pavilion Lawn (Pavilion if inclement weather)
- Time: 10-11am
- Speaker or speakers (photo) and short description: Amy has been teaching yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and coaching for over two decades, has a degree in Exercise Science, is 500 E-RYT, and is completing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health. Her classes are fun and filled with stress reduction techniques you can apply to your daily life.
