Join us for an overview of diversity, equity and inclusion terms, empathy vs. sympathy, and a discussion around potential biases as well as strategies to mitigate those biases to create a more inclusive workplace and community. We will also be examining power and privilege and the importance of accountability and action. Lunch is provided with a limit of 50 seats.
